I recently signed up on payoneer and 3days later I got an email that my account has been succesfully approved. they didn't give me estimated time that my card will arrive my destination unlike before. a friend told me that they've stopped giving cards recently that I should call their customer care. why isn't it stated clearly on their site that they've stopped giving cards,,,youll still see FAQ on "I haven't received my card",,,,its really frustrating.,,,,pls I need your solution about this |

You will only apply for a card once you have received money into your payoneer. That's their new policy. |
