the guy na pure mumu,how much is $23k that he cannot declare at the airport and brought back or transfer genuinely to Nigeria, or even remove the cash from the cake before arrival to Nigeria, to cap it all,if they query him on arrival here,which they don't suppose, since cash is not much, he would simply give them $50/$100 out of it,if he can't defend himself, matter closed, but it seems he is the stingy type that don't want transfer the cash to his relatives or let a dime drop to the security at the airport.
