This has been a serious issues between me and my landlady,she has been claiming January -December and I am claiming January-january ,please I want you all to help me explain better probably I'm the one cheating her.

if you paid your rent on January 1st, 2018 for instance, your due date is January 1st, 2019. that's when you are supposed to pay your next rent.

she no gree oooo,she do talk about it anytime I'm to Pay her, this time was a terrible argument almost cause a fight between me and her daughter.

Actually I can't find the agreement letter anymore but I could remember she wrote JAN-JAN in 2015,the first year,now she is changing it.

If you don't have it as at December 31st, politely inform your landlady and ask for extension to pay the following month.
