Am already a serving Corp member, do I need to go back to my LGI to sign my relocation letter before reporting to my intended state? .....I need response on this before I could proceed with you for processing

Your question is not clear. Have u been redeployed or you are asking if you should sign out of your present state first before applying for redeployment ? Which one?

As a serving Corp member, that left camp 2months ago, registered with a local government inspector, posted to a ppa, but relocated to another state. Now ,the question is : Did he need to take his relocation letter back to the former local government inspector where he had been registered before relocating for signing? ? Before proceeding to his new state.

It depends on what nysc asks you to do. If the instruction says you should see your former state coordinator before you can be able to print your redeployment letter, then do so. If not, you can actually print out your redeployment letter from home and report to your new state.
