2.type your destination.

3. Taxify gives you an estimate of your fare.

4.At the end of the journey taxify deducts the fares from your bank account.

Yes, you can book it without a destination, agreed one of the steps is to input a destination, this way the app can estimate cost....but you can bypass that step.
