IPOB is the greatest disaster that has ever befallen Igbos.

Just look at their raw hate. Obiano has now become a NORTHERN SLAVE simply because cattle were spotted in Awka! cheesy

Sight of cattle on roads has always been a normal thing. Idiiots should stop trying to make it a sin or something new. Meanwhile Obiano is a failure. Chino I said so.

Keep chest-beating on Nairaland

Like you not aware I fulani is equivalent to 20 Igbo men when it comes to violence.

Do the mathematics and see the collateral damage! They very good at fleeing and counter attacking at distance to there enemies tribesmen.

Hope you aware about the most dispersed ethnic group within Nigeria?
So we should keep living in fear. Your fear factor won't work.
In the end, sacrifice have to be made.

The state or Federal could do that. Dont you feel confining them makes it easier to monitor there activities and avoid conflicts with farmers and there host community?

With that, every state herdsman can be tagged with identity and with even with each individual cattle they own.

If you try to remove sentiment and figure out a solution, you will definitely agree with me.

Its just political and ethno tribal differences thats making this issue a big one. Normally, Its a very small issue to resolve. If a foreigner can come to Nigeria to explore oil and I dont see why a citizen can not to that in any part of Nigeria. Its just about the government, manning up and taking up there responsibility.

If Obiano is a Northern slave, the governor of Anambra state, then all Anambrarians are slaves to the North.
You guys just come to anonymous forum to write all sort of rubbish like kids.
The problem is that dlsome like you are still waking up. The Hausa-Fulani oligarchy of the North own Nigeria and everyone who believes in "one Nigeria" is there slave. If you dont believe it, go and demand restructuring or resource control or state Police and see what happens

These herdsmen are now very saucy and rude to people even in south east. They are now fearless and very aggressive all because they are always covered by impunity.

Your question is interesting!

The states are not dashing out land but rejecting the idea about the goverment setting it up. Definitely, states will be compensated for acquisition.
It could even be a long term lease if they really wan to play on the part that they want ownership.

Let me tell you, if you confine this heardsmen, any one you see roaming about will severly face the law and lose his heard which they wont even do. I know Nigeria`s MENTALITY, They will start consuming any cow seen roaming outside ranch.

Did I answer your question?

This is what Nigeria will have to contend with till all Nigerian states implement anti open grazing laws in our major cities across Nigeria. I spotted these herdmen on our way to Awka this morning around 2am. I call on Anambra House of Assembly to fast track the passage of anti open grazing laws all over Anambra soil. We are light of the nation and we shall show the light for others to emulate.
This is somehow normal in Awka. Do you know that most Awka people speak Hausa? This is because out of every 10 compounds, you'll see Hausas in like 7. Even my father's house in Awka was refereed to as Ama Awusa (coumpound of the hausas) by people in Kano. That was when we were not using the compound.

You wake up to cow dungs on the streets of Awka almost everyday.

The last time i was in Awka was 2009...i don't know if all these have changed....but Awka and hausa social relationship (not marriage)? Very normal.

Why the delay ?

Obiano is a slave to the Caliphate that is why he hates IPOB.

Watch how he keeps mute about that the anti grazing law
Herdsmen move around in awka but only at night. This has been the rule. Obiano won't tell them not to move. They are also humans that want to survive in their venture. In ana!bra the are given freedom to cater for their cattle as long as it doesn't affect public peace and security. They are only attacked vehemently when they pose security instability.

They can't raise cutlass let alone an AK47 in anambra. They always know the consequences.
