...what really happened was that,October last year there was an incessant killings and fightings between cult groups that culminated into a joint raiding and patrol by officers of the LNSC and Soloki police station... several arrest were made ....as a result of this,the cultists started mentioning and threating the slained officer that he was the one spying for the security agencies ...don't forget he was leaving in that area,they saw him as a threat most especially with his walkie talkie.. nevertheless,since last year the immediate past DPO of Soloki police station gave him a cover having reported and entered the threat as a case with the DPO... before he was transferred...but the cultists were still after him unknown to him and the officers of LNSC.... Fast forward to this year i.e the day of the incident....the slained officer left office around 1800rs to go home and prepare for the night duty....information gathered has it that ,he was watching football match at that night in his Street...along the line he took his son home probably to come back ,on his way back not knowing the killers were monitoring his movements...he was shots severally ,but when the bullets could not penetrate he was then hacked....may his soul rest in peace.....Admin Officer Aguda.Thanks
