Bigii:Both of them should be flogged, but Yahaya Bello should be given more serious strokes of the cane.  The guy is a narcissistic, clueless, bumbling, inept jerk! Nothing ventured, nothing gained should be his slogan, as he has done nothing to uplift the citizens of his state! His state has the worst dilapidated network of bad roads, the largest batch of unemployed people, the largest salary arrears owed workers, the most ill-equipped medical clinics, and one of the most insecure places to stay, within Nigeria.
