If you don't like the way he pays his workers then establish your own organization and pay your workers the way u like. I hate it when employees cry foul. Already you have accepted to be treated like a slave whenever u chose to be an employee so stomach whatever treatment you receive from your employer.

Your employer doesn't want you to become rich and you can never earn as much as u wish, that's a simple fact.

Its true everybody mustn't be an employer but majority should think towards that direction as most people desire decent income. If you must be an employee then acquire skills or knowledge that will make you dictate to your employers.

My guy, a 100k salary in a site as remote as ibeju when u have to resume 7 - 7, Monday through Saturday with a compulsory declaration of willingness to work on Sunday is similar to joining the slave ship!
