Two Hyena poachers arrested last week by vigilant rangers in Yankari Game Reserve in Bauchi state. The two men were reportedly caught tracking hyena footprints back to their den. According to reports, these poachers are specialized in capturing live hyenas which are then sold to local circuses. They are currently awaiting trial.

I have always wandered the range of hyenas in Nigeria but the one I saw were already dead but that there is a hyena in bauvcji

Ever heard of the ecosystem before? Animal extinction should not be encouraged, especially when it is willfully caused by humans. They have rights to coexist on this planet, just as us.

I wont want my descendants to see these beautiful animals only in pictures and stories, as oppose to seeing them alive in their natural habitat
