Please gurus help in this situation. Between 2017 and now I've bought five units of universal modem. This last one was bought in October but just last sunday it has refsed to connect to a network. I have tried the 3 telcos(MTN, Glo, Airtel) but none of them is connecting. It will load and while trying to authenticate will return to disconnected. I am afraid i am losing this one also because this is exactly how the previous units used to behave. I have restarted the system severally, change usb port, uninstall the package and reinstall, and lots more actions to no avail. Any solution to the problem or am I to buy a new one? |
