Nairabet is the most frustrating and incompetent bet company in Nigeria among all the bookies I've patronized and I've accounts with quite a lot - bet365, nairabet, bet9ja, merrybet, lionsbet and surebet247.

I'm taking the troubles of writing this short review for 2 reasons:

1. As a kind of feedback to Alabi to help him improve on the necessary things

2. To save any "unfortunate" customer hoping to do business solely with NB.


More annoying is Alabi's constant chest-beating about being the greatest bookie in Nigeria. Typical Nigerian entrepreneur all mouth and little substance.

The plus side of NB is that they've the biggest odds. They have a lot of markets too.

Negative sides include

1. Late settlement of bets. Sometimes it takes up to 4 days (personal experience)

2. Cumbersome and frustrating site. Not user-friendly at all

3. Late pay out. As little as 10k can take up to 2-3 days.


Tips to Alabi:

1. NB site is too frustrating to navigate. Include a "search button" option for Mobil e users to quickly and easily search for games instead of navigating through the whole Country and league.

Say I want to bet on Chelsea. I can easily search Chelsea just like on Lionsbet, 1xbet, Surebet247 and co

2. Settle bets as soon as markets are over. Void the void tables. Why leave tickets open for days and I've to send mails and call?

3. Fast pay out is key. Betting is a fast-paced industry. You're not an investment firm so I don't understand why pay outs should take donkey years.


For now, the best betting company in Nigeria is Lionsbet, followed by Surebet247 and Bet9ja.


LB has big odds (almost same with NB), availability of markets, constant promos (deposit promo and player promo- especially for high stakers like me), fast pay out (I request for 300k cash out on Sunday evenings and I get alert before I grab a can of beer from the fridge, joke apart).


This is a wake up call to NB. I will be abandoning my account for a long while until you guys get your acts together. LB got me fully for now.
