The full cream milk is enough. Just make sure it’s full cream milk not instant filled powdered milk.
If you are concerned about getting enough vitamins and minerals, you can add puréed carrots to his cereals. Give fruits and an egg especially the yolk daily or give multivitamin supplement.
I think the follow up milk is just market strategy except for babies with very sensitive tummy which is very rare after one year.

My question.
1.Is the process painful.
2.Will i continue to see my period normally.
3.After the process, will i feel any pain.
4.will i b feeling it afterwards.
5.will my husband feel if he enters deep.

And any other things i suppose to know about it, i will really appreciate.
Sorry for my numerous questions, i really need some break hence my decision to go for family planning.

1.Is the process painful - The insertion process was a bit uncomfortable for me, Slightly painful cos me I have a low threshhold for pain
2.Will i continue to see my period normally - Yes, it's non-hormonal and doesn't affect your period. My period has been steady every month. You may experience slightly heavier periods tho not everyday (mine is heavy on just the 2nd and 3rd day), it's a side effect of the IUD.
3.After the process, will i feel any pain - I experienced slight cramping (like menstrual cramps) a short while after the insertion, but I was told to take panadol and it didn't linger for so long.
4.will i b feeling it afterwards. - Nope, I don't feel it at all
5.will my husband feel if he enters deep - No, my husband doesn't feel it whenever _{deep or shallow}

And any other things i suppose to know about it, i will really appreciate.

In addition, I use her father's shirts( the ones he don't wear again cos of collar or hand issues) to make gown. It looks just like ready made from boutique
