please guys i need your help from Nigerian custom regulation are we aloud to import engine oil in large quantity to Nigeria and do one need permit for that and how will it be clear from seaport i need advice please |

engine oil is a petroleum products u can't start importing it without getting licence from ppmc and you know in nigeria anything we produce the license will not be given to encourage local manufacturer but still the thing they call raw material is almost finished product they may just add colour and sale , just like cement or vegetable oil |
