Even though you fell for the fake and fraudulent OP/ID and his meaningless thread designed to fool people, the scale event was not any kind of commissioning, it was a public awareness event to inform the public about the state intention to mandate scales and new measuring system across the state, so instead of market women or supermarkets using tin can to measures your rice or gari and cheating you in the process, they must use scales to make sure you get what you pay for.

This is in line with what they do in sane and orderly environments so advice your village leaders to also move in that direction instead of archaic and backward tin can measurements market folks use to cheat you.

I know lack of education and intellectual curiosity is very common with ipobs, but you people should read and add common sense sometimes.

Mr man, weighing scale is in production in Aba by local individual industrialists. so it looks stupid for a governor to commission such as a project not to talk of when it's not even him that produced it.
