buying a car or a land, which is better for a young guy?

Is the car a need? Then get it... If you want an invesent that appreciate over time, then get land... My advice, get land in a location with good prospect and get car later. Another instance, if the cash you have is more, you can get a plot or two and use the rest to buy a car. In this situation, yo have both the car and land.

Cars are like liability while lands are assets.

Don't invest ur money in luxuries.... Invest in properties.!!
