don't think that scenario would come up, there are 5pairs asides bamco, so there's always someone to swap with since just 3pairs come up for eviction... It would only get dicey when there's less

The housemates don't even do that nominate "this person because he or she is hoh." They do it in BBA alot, If not she would have been unable to save anybody.

bamco has immunity, lifu, mito, Tena, ceelo and tolex are there, at the end of the day only 3 pairs would be up, so even if Tena isn't up, there's still a pair to replace with.... Just forget this theory won't work yet
