Hello Nairalanders... I have a question for Y'all please, I happen to have a land and also 1M... I'm willing to start something with this little amount, I need your advices please, what can this amount do?

If your land is located in a developing area, invest the money in an industrial water plant. Your main target are builders and construction sites, but u will also sell to households and other consumers as well. Don’t worry about not owning a tanker truck, they will come. Nothing much to explain: industrial borehole with 2 powerful pumping machines, 4 extra large tanks and fabricated steel mount to house them... seem pretty straight forward to me.
