Pete edochie is an indigene of Akam'nato village in Ifete Nteje Oyi L.G.A Anambra state
He hails from a woring class family and late father was a captain working with defunct Nigeria rail way in Enugu.

Pete worked with Anambra broadcasting commission in the defunct Anambra state having Enugu as the capital and l he was stationed at Enugu as a reporter during the Nigeria and Biafra civil war.

He received his gratuity under wilie obiano just before the last Anambra governor's election.
