In social media forums and public socials outings Nigerians are constantly raining insults and curses on Buhari. How did Buhari lose the goodwill he enjoyed from majority of Nigerians when he got elected?

Despite the fact the previous government led by Goodluck Jonathan of PDP was corrupt,foodstuff was still affordable to 70% of Nigerians that live in poverty and fuel scarcity was a thing of the past,except in the run-up to the general elections and the currency was relatively stable.

Under Obasanjo another past President,the currency was relatively stable, foodstuff was affordable and Nigeria experienced a period of consistent economic growth,despite the massive corruption that characterised his tenure.

Even under the late military despot Abacha,despite his kleptomaniac tendencies,Nigerians still to this day reminisce of the days when salaries and pensions were always paid on time by the government and the currency was relatively stable.

Not yet.

However he is working assiduously to attain this position.
