He can use his first BSc degree to apply for MSc in Canada(especially if the grade isn't bad), cos he didn't mention why he went for another undergraduate programme in Germany instead of MSc.

They will ask him to provide a history of his education up till date and when they hear bsc to starting all over again, they will really be apprehensive and let him finish out where he has begun. But it is possible if has an outstanding record and the area he is seeking admission is the same as the first degree. That is the problem I see.

Hello Everyone,

I have been a silent reader here for some time now but haven't asked any question because I haven't started processing my TRV. I got admission to the University of Regina for a PhD degree. My supervisors have confirmed this as well as the admissions coordinator but I haven't received my admission letter yet and heard anything about funding. Although as at last two weeks I was told that I would receive the admission information in the coming days, I haven't heard from them until now. Any advise on what to do or how long it takes to hear from UofR and if they provide funding for PhD students.

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 13 by Nobody: 1:34pm On Mar 09, 2018
Elders what is yours experience on this

Pls kindly give a comprehensive information about landed property.

How to transfer of ownership from brother to brother or father to son or father in-laws to son in-laws etc.

If I have a land of my own, what documents should I pursue that would be useful for Canada traveling.

Any surveyor or experience person should give a valid details.

Like me I have a landed property in Ekiti,
I have a land in ogun state
My father has a house in Ekiti
My elder brother has a house in ekiti
My brother has a house in ONDO state

How do you advise to me to make use of this for landed property for travelling, but no documents on them for now

I need your advise or it only landed property in the city that is being used for Canadian travelling.

We need comprehensive lecturers on this, elders in the house, experienced people, surveyor, etc

You can use land anywhere as long as you have the necessary documents to back it up.

Endeavor to get the deed of agreement or certificate of occupancy.

It's like you're from Ekiti State.

The buyer, the seller, witness(es) and signed by chief Judge.

Not 100 percent certain. But it's very close.

I wasn't able to get C of O and D of A in my case,

I simply used sales receipt, affidavit to back sales, then I added something that looks like a plan of the land by a surveyor,

It worked for me. I don't know if it will work in your own case

Starting in August. The embassy advised in the email that I travel a month before the start date because i may be refused entry if earlier without any convincing reason, meaning I'll plan for sometime in July.

I have a question.... Is it a Miracle or magic that someone is allowed (in this case, VISA) to go and study?
In this case is it God or Merit?
It is High time we begin to differentiate between Laziness and Hard work in This country.
That is why you see someone doing Thanksgiving in the Church for VISA.

A Proverb says " An Impotent man who sees a pregnant woman, Knows he has a problem"
Nigeria is the problem, everyone wants to Travel out because the country is terrible, therefore we Misuse the opportunity when we get there.

Even though France made it Visa Free for the countries they colonize, How many of them is Rushing there?
Quit bringing God to replace "hardwork" it makes people Lazy.

The only challenges I can think of is you started a bsc already. With your most current study transcript, schools would be extremely hesitant to accept you into a masters program. Except if you want to finish the BSC and apply. If a school in CAnada actually admits you, I don't foresee any visa troubles in Germany. You are eligible to apply with your student status in Germany without coming back to Nigeria. Most of the visa problems are in Nigeria. It's gets progressively earsier the further you are away from Nigeria.
okay thanks
