The dog looks cool but many things don't seem right.
Royal Cannin is quite expensive and since you claim to feed him with that I feel you should have been able to get a pure breed of either GSD or the Rott. But since this is what you have cool. another thing I want to ask you is: did you see at least a photo of its parents?

You're just confused bro. I wonder which dog owner will let you breed his dog with your mutt. Yes your dog is a mutt no offense, there's no such thing as a rottshepherd so call it what it really is. Buying royal canin means you love your dog and I will commend you for that but bro pls don't breed him with another female. You love gsd and rott get one or both breeds

Are you minding him..?

1) He said he has a Rott + GSD mix which he calls Rotten Shepherd... The Dog doesn't even look like one. Even if it is, the Dog is still a Mutt. (Cuz I've not seen that any Kennel Group in the World has presently registered a Breed named Rotten Shepherd). In fact, the mix is more known as Shepweiller for now since its not yet officially approved.
2) He feeds on Royal Canin... The Dog doesn't look like one feeding on that.
3) He wants to use that Dog for Breeding... Let's cross our fingers and see what he has in plans.
4) Right now, I know someone here on NL ( bespokeset ) who has a Rott + GSD mix and I've also seen a lot of it. It looks more like this (pics below), not what the OP posted.
