Once gadafi was out,Libya to Italy route will be like Morocco to Spain route.and the eu true style of ending illegal immigration will be achieved to its fullest .

85-91% of illegal migrants before now use the Libya to Italy route,not because its the safest but because of gadaffi stance on immigration,he insisted that once an immigrant is not caught on Libyan soil, EU has no right to return him/her to Libya,and since illegal immigrants have no passport and are groomed to lie,Italy has to accept and take them to asylum.

Gadaffi and Libya had money so they needed no aid from EU, what they wanted to avoid was spending their tax payers money on non citizen who bring no skill and development to its economy.

Bro, they are not greedy, rather they are very uncomfortable with poverty. People seems comfortable with poverty in Northern Nigeria unlike south where people do everything, though sometimes through good or bad means to extricate themselves from poverty just for the sake of their unborn children

I have said it before - until they catch the stuvpid Nigerians who are the actual traffickers that offer to take these people to Italy or Europe, there will be no headway in this fight against human trafficking. Nigerian security agencies and Interpol, need to arrest the hopeless people who entice these young folks with imaginary tales of how great life is abroad, before turning round to collect thousands from them, in a bid to help them cross over.

Fish out 10 or 20 of these traffickers, seize their assets and destroy it, then jail them for several years. If it is done on a consistent basis, the stuvpid trade would die down...hopefully.
