It is safe to say that Rex Tillerson already knew he was going to be relieved while here in Africa, he was suppose to hold some high level meetings in Kenya but it was postponed, and then he was suppose to meet with Us consulate in Nigeria yesterday night, sleep over and depart for the US this morning, but the trip was cut short and he left immediately after meeting buhari. Pls lets try to engage in some intellectual perception to issues and not sentiments.
