I have contact bank but dey keep sayin 5days....sometimes 7days tired of d stories...nd luno said dey cant release details of d persom who did it

was there anything you did recently that could have caused your card info to be compromised?

do you have OTP enabled?

those info might help in tracking who might have obtained your card details

that's the usual, You don't really need the details from Luno just your money. Let them know that it was an unauthorised transaction quoting time of transaction and amount.
