Governor Rochas Okorocha Of Imo state has described his son In-Law as the only candidate eligible to replace him as the governor. Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo has appealed to the people of the state to pray for his son-in-law, Uche Nwosu, as his successor in an apparent reaction to heavy criticism he received from his former commissioner, Theodore Ekechi.

Okorocha, through his spokesperson, Sam Onwuemeodo, urged the people of the state, not to relent in praying for his son-in-law. According to the governor, Nwosu merits the qualities to be his successor and his support would remain unshakeable.
