These bulidings are really cool, too sad poverty cannot allow the common man build such. So much shanty houses plaguing Nigeria.

that's only 100,000 dollars. I was actually trying to be minimal. the real value could be anywhere from $400,000 to $1 million in the US. So how much is $1 million dollars in Nigeria? ask anyone who lives in the US. you think building a house is a piece of cake? you cant get any of these homes in The us for even $400,000 dollars.The materials are high quality,especially the glass .
I post what I want to show , i'm sure there are others who appreciate it . you can search for another thread with cheap housing.

the garage door alone cost 3000 dollars, around 1 million naira. Do you know how high quality that door is . it cost over $1000. i'm actually converting from dollars to naira. just for garage door and front door alone that's 1.5 million Naira.

on the contrary, it is you that is putting up ridiculous prices for the designs you posted. anyway, I believe cost effective alterations can be made, or don't you?

Sadly we are light years behind the US in every way so that amount is much here, only if our Greedy government can get into agreement with you and subsidize those houses for it's citizens. But that's a dream

If you want low quality materials then ,yes . I would like to know where you will find a modern garage door for anything less than 3000 dollars. if you use a conventional garage door ,then its no longer modern design .

you seem so concerned about peripherals; garage door, glass panel, what are these compared to the main structure itself?! abi na modern design of door we go spend millions on top?! guy reconfigure this thing and give us what we are willing to invest scarce resources on
