2sexynet: That's more complicated, a domain name does not enjoy the monopolistic privileges of a trademark. Domain registration is restricted to competition for an actual domain which is not in this case. Rather Facebook is pursuing the integrity of it's brand to the exclusions of all others. So Facebook has to resort to an IP jurisdiction that favours them. |

bedfordng: That would go against advertising codes and not really a copyright issue, since they are not reproducing MTN contents. |

You sef be original! Why do you have to use FACEKOBO! You are actually infringing because you are using the exact letters as their brand name and simply changing them around! Reason they have laws to protect them from fakes like you who can't think outside the box! I hope they take you to the cleaners! And for you to even think they consider you competition is laudable! 2 Likes |

Bros no dull yourself. Never relent. I will be sharing your site on every social network I use. I know this is kinda copyright infringement. But sha. Kobo don dey tay tay. You may put it that facekobo is a social place for the nigerians at home and diaspora(that one na trick). Then later you announce you are going global before which the case must have been washed down the toilet. Gbagbe oshi. Mark Zuckerberg never know we are the best. Lol I'm signing up on ya site. |
