While the picture is apt,the caption underneath is idiotic. What oil does Lagos produce? In what quantity? At what site? In what refinery? Then again,if Lagos doesn't live off the crude oil, Where does the monthly allocation come from? If you remove the billions as monthly allocation going to Lagos,what do you think will remain? How will Lagos survive the pressure on it's infrastructure? The insta user is a clown. |
