My Kid bro scored 175. He selected University of Abuja and Benue State University, he want to study Pub Admin. Please what's the way forward for him? Do he need to change institution or course?

The highest arts score i have seen is 293. He is a law aspirant in UI.There might be other art students with equally high scores like that but they are few. way fewer compared to the science department. I don't know why Arts didn't pass much.
