Has nothing to do with whats currently happening. but yes, if BH has relinquished territories and many displaced people able o go home and schools reopened , then yes its a defeat. but this is insurgency, this is jihad. if you think it ever ends , go enlighten yourself more. you could ask the us govt why they still spend bilions of dollars in afghanistan
