You have something done
You pay , this lady earns her living this way why should she resort to chasing someone for services rendered? This is why I conduct a very strict pay or no service not I will give it to you next week or on Friday. Return when you can pay and we can do business.

when you are a sole proprietor and struggling to build a business, you will know how painful it is to do a job completely and not get paid or payment is delayed for no reason at all, if susan is that much of a celebrity then her assistant should be handling this. If she was delighted with the job of the MUA why delay payment?
so goverment will owe, then celebrities will owe again, so many small businesses have been run into the ground due to late payment or no payment from customers.
