my people urgent advice needed i plan to develop my 1plot of land 100/100 in asaba delta state it will be 2building and will contain 6flat but contractor charge me #2.3m to roofing level with sucker pit only but i think the charge is very expensive so my people what do you think about the prize,this is the house plan

If its plus materials hmmm I would say its not even enough hope the contractor is from reliable sources.Let me allow elders to talk.

if the 2.3m covers roofing then its very cheap.
