Hello mama, how una dey?

I promised sometimes ago that i would give tips on how i weaned my daughter....

Okay, now its time!! Sit, relax and enjoy..

I breastfed my lo for 9month back to back( I mean fed her in the morning before dropping her at creche, gave up to 25ml of pump breastmilk everyday)
At 9 month, i stopped giving breastmilk to school but still feed her at 5pm everytime will get home till 12.5month
At 13month, i stopped 5pm feeding to 10pm feeding
From 13month to 15month i started increasing the time to 12pm
At 15month, i stopped breastfeeding her
My mom started sleeping beside my baby to avoid her feeling or touching my breast during this weaning period

Pain: I felt a little pain but not something i couldnt control. I used paracetamol just two times

To wean a baby, you need to take it one step at a time...
