WisdomFlakes:Lagbus and the rest are all part of the BRT service. The ones in the picture are franchisees of the BRT service. |

Cooly100:Anyone with a functioning brain will agree with you. You are absolutely right on point. Our people are so used to live like a subhuman being that they think it's the normal way they should live. The problem is that they get crumps from the Thieflicians and they sell their souls and dignity to support their oppressors. |

| Re: BRT Buses Are The New Molues (see PHOTOS) by Nobody: 12:18pm On Mar 27, 2018 |
These are not BRT buses. . .these are 'Lagbuses'. They're privately owned and the owners get to treat them however they want. They're not allowed to pass through the special BRT service lane. Its seems like once they were bought, the owners removed all the fans/air-conditioning systems. They drive recklessly and they also frequently overload passengers. Some of them get arrested too for making people jump inside (or get down) while they're still moving. The real government operated BRT buses are still perfect and better than ever, you can even now get your own 'debit card' to tap in and tap out of the bus instead of buying tickets. They also added free 4G WiFi recently. The air conditioning is still working perfectly, they carry limited 'standing' passengers, and you just need to press a button to indicate that you've reached your busstop. And I'm honestly impressed that the government has been able to maintain them for this long. The new terminal Ptesident Buhari is about to commision is for the BRT buses in Ikeja, it seems they've added another route. |

wavylevel:Not true. Either blame yourselves or your government, because BRT was re-introduced in South Africa a few years ago & the buses/bus stations are still in mint condition. Maintenance seems to be an issue here because our buses are almost the same age, yours 2008 & ours 2009 .

WisdomFlakes:I was in a BRT bus (blue bus) from leventis to ketu just yesterday, i was shocked to see a blind beggar in the bus begging, with his stick in the bus. I was forced to ask when begging in the bus got approved? Maybe next time i will see mobile drug sellers and hawkers. |

I doubt if the op stays in Lagos, he would have known the difference between lagbus and BRT |

What is wrong with this OP? Posting information without doing research. The same mistake you did yesterday by posting one useless topic saying driver is different from chauffeur. These are LagBuses they don't even pass the route of BRT let alone being called BRT. Most drivers of LagBuses behave like thugs |
