Mr. A sold his for 1.250 doesn't mean Mr.B should also sell his for 1.250, there's no law behind it. Reasons for sale differs also state of cleanliness. Most likely you've not seen this car , just relying on mere words.

You can't come for inspection on this car and want to leave because it's too clean even to tyres..... no single trace of sand in the car from the first user. No tappet/valve lifters noise, no engine smoke.... enough of hyping jare
