I am not faulting her for refusing to put it on, I am faulting her reaction ie insulting the brand and the tailor and even the outfit was wrong.

In reality shows, a lot of variables are taken into consideration while evaluating the participants. A person's mien,idiosyncrasies, etiquette,comportment in the face of provocation etc are flags that give a bird's eye view to a person's persona.
