lol...Secondary school students. In universities like Harvard, MIT and other universities in the Western world, the school distributes condoms to students. You find them in the restrooms with a note that you pick as much as you like. Covenant is not better than those schools.
By the way, I am not encouraging promiscuity, I just feel the school should not rob the students of their young adulthood.
