They have past record of making unknown artistes to become superstars in the past years and are still doing fantastic jobs at this very moment.
From releasing dope songs to dropping amazing Videos, this Labels are forces to Reckon with any day any time but lately, they’ve not been great with new signings as they used to be.

Few months back, Mavin Records signed POE, DNA, Johnny Drillebut the instant impact Korede Bello and Reekado Banks made when they started cannot be compared with the latest Mavin signees.

So it is safe to say, Mavin has so far scored Zero in pushing, POE, DNA and Johnny Drille.

This is another label, thriving so much on the artistry efforts of the owner, Davido.

No doubt, Mayorkun has been the most successful signee of the label while all others i.e Dremo, Ichaba seem to be “money miss road” considering their music impacts.

When it comes to pushing an upcoming artiste to stardom, YBNL is living on past glory.

The label has experimented with the talents of Davolee and Temmie Ovwasa after the exit of Lil Kesh and Adekunle Gold from the label but all effort is still to no avail.

Only time will tell if the Label’s new signee, Lyta, and Limerick will make so much impacts like the previous acts Lil Kesh & Adekunle Gold.

Starboy records succeeded with Maleek Berry and a host of other artistes signed to the label.

The record label has been engaging new young artistes e.g Ceeza Milli, Spotless and Terri but it’s pretty too soon to judge the label’s impact on the artistes.

It’s safe to say Wizkid/Starboy Record Label has not been really successful when compare to other Labels and their new artistes.
