Its a diary session, more like a visit to a psychologist. You're expected to tell your psychologist how you feel.

I can't figure why people are always on Alex's case. Clearly, she isn't the type to bottle up feelings, same as Tobi. People react to things differently, she says it the way it is.

I'm certain that other HMs also feel some kind of way about the others, only that they don't tell Biggie, just to look cool to the viewers.

It's a visit to a psychologist, you tell him how you feel, why you feel that way, and what has caused you to feel that way.
