Only two people - besides Howard - knew that Quayle's wife was the mole, now they're conveniently dead and a big part of next season will be about how long till he gets figured out. And killing Aldrich is stupid.

Indeed! I'm intrigued. I have some outrageous theories bouncing around in my head regarding the management.

- The management could be the original scientists from the experiment that caused the split.
- The management could be the original Earth running simulations on duplicate planets Alpha and Prime.
- The 4th floor didn't split and could be a 4th dimension (the management's abode).
- There is only one management and they presides both worlds.
- Maybe they are aliens playing a 4D chess with Earth Alpha and Prime.
- Maybe the reason of their secrecy is because revealing their identity may inadvertently set off a ripple that would reveal just how many multiverse that have already been discovered.

Don't mind my outrageous ramblings. I'm crazy.

Same here. One thing I don't get though is how the grown-up Jonas was able to meet his younger version.

Seeing as the cycle only completes after 33years and thats the only way the end meets the beginning, Surely, Jonas' older self coming from the future should be in his 50s as he'd be coming from 2052.

I used to think Wentworth's the best female prison tv show out there... not anymore. Locked Up is better. It doesn't pull any punches in it's honest depiction of life in a female maximum security penitentiary.

Fortunately, I've had experience dealing with time paradoxes, having watched the movies, Looper & Predestination, so I was able to make sense of the whole thing. Here are my theory:

I think young Jonas didn't stay long in the future (2052), I think he used the Tannhaus machine to go back to the past (Claudia probably gave it to him), but accidentally (or maybe on purpose), goes to 1920 instead (when Noah was still a child). He ages from 1920 to 1953 (33 years), then travels to 2019 - also would explain why he's carrying the Luger and not a futuristic weapon.
