Nigerian born British rapper, Joseph Junior Adenuga a.k.a Skepta, was today installed as Chief Amuludun of Odo-Aje in Ogun State.

It was indeed a beautiful homecoming for the rapper, as photos and videos from the event have already surfaced. Here are they below;

Skepta, 35, was born Joseph Junior Adenuga in Tottenham, London on September 19 1982. He is the first born son of Nigerian immigrants.

He is one of four siblings and they have all gone on to work in the music industry - sister, Julie, is a radio host on Apple’s Beats 1, brother Jason is a fledgling producer and his other brother Jamie known as JME, is also a grime MC.

Originally a DJ with Tottenham-based grime crew Meriden Crew, he began emceeing before the group disbanded in 2005 and Skepta and his brother Jamie joined Roll Deep.

same as this mumu gentleman way come destroy him career. he is 32 a full blown adult and UK citizen not like he has the choice to stay in Nigeria. same as Anthony Joshua, he is an adult not that he has the choice of coming to Nigeria. he is a UK citizen.

when you live abroad you have the choice to stay or not. Sadu does not have a better choice than any of these two. Sade is even more tied to Nigeria because she lived there as a child before returning to the UK. These other two never lived in the shithole.
