If the hard disk is well fitted and after you on it and it still display the same error,just know the hard disk have damaged and you need to get a new one.

And since you need to extract some files,if after the ist procedure and it didn't work,get anothet PC, connect That your hard disk as an external hard disk into the new system, go to my computer and check if the PC can detect the external hard disk, if it doesn't detect it, then am sorry that hard disk don spoil and nothing can be done about it
