1) can he be offered admission into Medicine if he changes from Pharmacy?
2) will you advice him to make a change in the first place?
3) please can you confirm if the subjects combination for the post utme is same as that of JAMB, and
4) does uniben consider age bracket - he is below 15.

4) Less than 15? Hmm, that means he should be 15+ when he gains admission/clearance commencement, if that's the case then yes, he is eligible for admission cuz i have a coursemate like that.

At all at all, he will be asked to deferre the admission for a year if his department feels he is too young.

Law? I won't advise her to still go for it except she is sure she can really do well in post-utme, say a score of 80 and above.

No official cutoff and good you asked. 279 is not small at all but that's not the issue here, the issue here is you going for a massively competitive course. That's when the high score becomes a little weak.

Last year, the least Law aggregate that got admitted that i know of was around 73 or 74.

Now do the maths with your 279, you have 34.87 already meaning if we are to judge on that, you'll need around 80 in post-utme utme which is divided by 2 to get up that aggregate so you see?

For someone who got that high in jamb, if she prepares well, she should be able to hit a high score in post-utme but it all depends on the person's capabilities, adequate preparation & determination. At the end it's just my own advice you know.

About the age which he is less than 15. It will be a 50/50 chance; JAMB may decline his admission based on his age...and such will surely be updated on the Uniben portal. Another thing is, the clearance officer may decline the admission. But, I wish he scaled through. All the best.

As at last year, I think AAU only invited those who chose them as 1st choice of institution was invited for their Putme. For the question above, if the trend continues, you can only take putme in Uniben if Uniben is your first choice or take only AAU putme if AAU is your first choice.
