I laugh at times when some random "village rat" with access to cheap phones and data, post "emphatic-ignorance" about what they know absolutely nothings about. He talks about rail lines, but if he bothered to ask those living in Lagos or been to Lagos or looked at the diagram carefully, He would have discovered or they would have told him that Terminal 1 actually overlays an existing rail-line/proximal, as such the basement automatically replaces the old train station.

That is a lie. People like you will always play politics with our development by always using 'overblotted' cost as an excuse for us not to develop. Project costs are inflated everywhere in the world, yet those countries are still doing big projects, modernizing and developing. And our people will go abroad and clap for their modernity while abusing their own country for not developing like those countries. No matter the cost of the project some will still say it is inflated.
