After going through all the answers, we were able to pick one perfectly correct answer which was submitted by Jibril Muhammad and we have decided to reward him with N400. There were 9 other persons who came very close, they made little errors, in naming organic compounds, commas and hyphens must be properly used, some persons spaced the parent name(octane). The name of the compound in accordance with IUPAC nomenclature is
4,5-diethyl-3,3,6,6-tetramethyloctane.
