NEXT MALL PORT HARCOURT, almost READY TO ROLL

The Next Mall being unveiled soon in Port Harcourt is an unmistakable confirmation that Rivers State under Gov. Wike is viable for big business. The private investment sits on a shopping area of 11,000 square metres making it one of the largest in the country.

When fully operational it would offer the most affordable prices for goods anywhere in the country. The facility also comes with a restaurant that would provide sumptuous delicacies at the best prices. Get ready for a whole #new shopping experience in Rivers State.

Small by small, this State they want grounded is rising beyond their own imagination. Thank God for good leadership. #WikeIsWorking so no one is left behind.

Useless old man, how does a progressive Anambra concern you and your useless and worthless IMO STATE.

Envious bastard, Onitsha mall has been completed and operational and Awka mall is nearing completion. While Okoroawusa has plunged your hopeless Imo state into huge debt with nothing anywhere on ground to show for it.

Where's princess hotel orlu that Okoroawusa flagged off 8yrs ago?

Where's prince hotel he flagged off in okigwe 8yrs ago?

Spare your energy for once on your pillaged and backward Imo state.

[s][/s]
One man from your sister state made a comment that you find unacceptable about just one man from your state, all you could do was to abuse and insult the whole of Imo state with words like useless and worthless ? I am not sure that you are igbo else, you wont reason this way. I dont believe that an Anambrarian can say this of Imo state,or that an Imolite can say this of Anambra state.

#Sunnynwa, this is a welcome development.

Kudos to the creators of this noble investment.

I will like my company to supply certain products to this mall and its other outlets/branches.

Sunnynwa, will you help facilitate that?

I don't care about what you think. He shouldn't have made his own comment in the first place to avoid backlash that may follow. I am Igbo but I will not spare the rod to treat the fvck-up of a fellow Igbo. People should learn to mind their own state and it's people if not this vicious circle shall continue.

What Nigeria needs are industries that would provide employment for millions of unemployed people. We need innovative industries that would lead to true national growths, and not shopping malls that would employ a handful of people, and fill the pockets of the owners and investors of the mall.

The power drunken dullards will never listen to this wonderful advice.

stupid jobless mumu Nigerians! Peter Obi is using nigeria's money (your money) to set up a future for his great grand children (his children and grand children future are already set by now)and this poverty stricken fool is liking his "humility ". Or are you going to tell me that he made that much money from his official salary to open 2 big shopping center and other "post- governorship" business ventures? Watch as some poverty stricken idiots will "kill" themselves trying to defend Obi over this post.

Any industry that will provide employment, will still fill the pockets of the owners, It's like that all over the world. Atleast Peter obi has provided employment for some people unlike most politicians that spend all their monies on houses all over the world.

Delta State and states from defunct eastern region of Nigeria must cooperate both on private and governmental levels to bring needed industries into the area.

A large grocery shop that will at the end swallowed hundreds of small corner shops, provision shops and supermarkets. The multiplier effect means that many families will be pushed out of their means of livelihood.
He should not even consider coming to Anambra state, highly celebral governors will refuse them license to operate in their states, what we need now are production/manufacturing firms not all these gigantic retail/grocery outlets that afford our corrupt politicians an avenue to congregate and satisfy their unending appetite for foreign goods.

You are right
However, without our government creating the enabling environment by looking into our multiple tax system, providing constant power supply etc business owners would be aiming at short term investment with great returns than long term investments

Anambra money at work. No wonder Obi could not pay water corporation workers, doctors went on strike for over one year and he refused to pay the minimum wage. Peter Obi is a foolish person for investing the looted money outside Anambra state. Didn't he see how Asiwaju invested all he stole from Lagos state back into Lagos state?

Peter Obi was already an accomplished and wealthy businessman before he became Governor. Don't put him in the same category with a rogue.
