I have noticed this worrying trend of Trail by Social Media by these "women" rather than following due process of a Police report for these serious crimes they accuse the Men in question of.

Unless most of my NL brothers have been living under a rock for the last year they will be aware of the #MeToo movement sweeping across the american social landscape.

The spectacle of powerful men brought low by accusations on social media without ever being actually convicted of any crime in a court of law.

Like most popular movements which start out with "noble"? Intentions , it has been hijacked by individuals with a personal agenda. (Misandry)

The hysteria behind the movement is so high that any thought of due process " Innocent until PROVEN guilty!" Has been all but forgotten and the only thing required to ruin an unsuspecting Mans life is an online accusation with #MeToo attached to it!

America and western countries like it and especially vulnerable to this insidious "movement" because their society has attributed so many "rights" to their women but no responsibility to go with it!

"Power without responsibility is Tyranny."

The #MeToo movement has caused / is causing CopyCat behavior from women in other climes which brings us to the cases I mentioned above.
From Rape to Kidnap to Sex for acting roles accusations, these are not things to be taken lightly and the Burden of Proof lies with the Accuser NOT the Accused!

But what do we see? Online accusation, blatant slander! no due process!

1) Madam sex for roles accuser waited Donkey years before being "inspired" ( I believe) by the #MeToo movement to "tell her story" ,No burden of Proof

2) Dorcas Fapson says taxify driver tried to kidnap & rape her. She puts his FACE & NAME on social media subjecting him to Trial by social media & completely ignoring his right to Due Process.

3) UNILAG rape & beg accuser follows similar pattern above. She ignores due process ,makes online accusation ,NO BURDEN OF PROOF!

But things get interesting, Africa is NOT Europe, Nigeria is NOT America.

The Men targeted by the women in these accusations are not taking it lightly ,they are fighting back!!! They are following DUE PROCESS !

1)This OP details the activities of the Nollywood guy to seek redress in court but Madam is a no show! Is it possible she realizes that this guy is not going to let her off easy for damaging his name & reputation?

2)The Taxify driver is also seeking redress in court but Ms Fapson is nowhere to be seen! Did she suddenly realize that her 15 minutes of fame expired 3 years ago?

3)UNILAG girl has gone into hiding after the man she accused took up the matter legally. Is this not the same chick who "bravely" exposed a "rapist" on social media? Why is she not following the matter to logical conclusion?

I sincerely hope that the accused Men have their day in court and these "women" back up their accusations with HARD EVIDENCE or be made to face the music!

I fear that unless cases like this are brought to light and prosecuted to the finish then we will only see the ugly phenomenon grow and our society as a whole will be the worse off for it.

Beeni o, arakunrin. From the Fapson/Taxify driver case to this one, I've come to realise that as a man, you almost cannot beat a woman in the court of PUBLIC OPINION. You almost don't stand a chance against them. Public opinon would sway in her favour almost all the time just because "she's a WOMAN", and only God can help you if she starts crying too to back up her claims!

Just deal fairly with them, NEVER be on the wrong and get PROOFS (or any UNDENIABLE FACT) of ALL your dealings with them to nail them, then drag them before a COURT OF LAW.
