Please whoever it is that move these kind of posts to frontpage; posts like fulani herdsmen killed civilians, armed robbers robbed this bank and posts that contain graphic photos should be limited... we are not enjoying it, the more we see these kind of things on this forum, the more they occur. please stop bringing these kind of posts to frontpage so it doesnt become part of our lifestyle. if we get used to these kind of news, the only thing we'll be thinking about is sad news... the only thing we nairalanders will do is comment. most of the nairalanders dont really care

They ran because they knew they parked on the road, useless hausa people. And the driver that ran into a truck is he drunk, that's how all dis people driving be feeling they are expacts and be speeding like they can't die, God safe his life and maybe if one of his legs or hands amputated he can learn his lessons that no one is a professional in life, nonsense

I honestly do wonder why people ram into a parked vehicle particularly when it is not even on a curved road or corner. Are they blind or what or they cannot differentiate a moving frame from a stationary frame? I don't get it. Even if it is a curve, you do not enter curves with speed. I feel drivers who run into stationary vehicles are fools.

I pray he gets help fast. Why do some drivers drive without reasoning? Life has no replacement.

I give up on this nation. How can people be blaming the driver of the car that rammed into parked truck. Is it a sensible thing to park a truck in the middle of the highway.? Most likely nothing was placed to show that the vehicle is not in motion.

Yeah but not usually the case most times. Do you know that most people do not even see well at night and they also have very bad lights. Several times on this axis. I have gotten down from cabs because the driver was driving in the middle of the road due to poor sight or bad light. I'm talking about lekki/ibeju Lekki axis. How many commercial drivers have you even seem with glasses? None! Does it mean that almost every driver in Nigeria have perfect eyesight?? We have FRSC officials around this axis but they only go after private vehicles and let all these rickety trucks and commercial vehicles pass without stopping them. I was driving one night, a truck which I guess was on about 120km/hr speed overtook me. It didn't have back light nor reflectors and then it puffed very thick black smoke. I took caution because I know there is a vehicle inside the smoke. Any driver could have run inside the smoke only to hear a bang. We need to be very careful. Nowadays, it is not even enough to drive carefully, the other foolish fellows may use their stupidity to affect one. God help us.
