I can say it's very cheap compared. it's in Olurunda/Kesan @ Abeokuta North. it's a very fertile land with many large farm around and a good road network. it's very close to the 2 biggest market in Abeokuta which is Lafenwa market and Ayetoro market. it's a documented land and very close to the largest market in Nigeria which is Lagos. the price is #200,000k per acre ( two hundred thousand naira only) per acre. you can contact me on 07016850214. it's an agricultural area. |
